I have been requested by the Proprietors of the Hongkong Daily Press to report as far as possible the Official and other proceedings in connection with the present visit of Colonial Representatives to England. I should be much obliged if you could direct me as to the means of obtaining information respecting these proceedings,

I regret my application is so late but my other efforts to get a favorable position to view the Royal Procession having failed I trust I am not too late in case any seat is unalloted.
