I have been requested by the Proprietors of the Hongkong Daily Press to report as far as possible the Official and other proceedings in connection with the present visit of Colonial Representatives to England. I should be much obliged if you could direct me as to the means of obtaining information respecting these proceedings,

If any privileges being granted to Colonial Press representatives I should be very glad if you can extend the same to me. I regret my application is so late but my other efforts to get a favorable position to view the Royal Procession having failed I trust I am not too late in case any seat is unalloted.
You may mention that I am a resident of Hongkong and have been for really 15 years a member of the Volunteer Corps there. The Journal I represent is the leading Journal in Hongkong,
